Anca is a native of Romania where she studied computer programming.
She served as an interpreter for mission trips in Romania before coming to the United States and speaks several languages. Anca started her dental career working in our insurance and billing office and is our office coordinator today.
Anca received her assisting education at TN State Tech in Livingston and became registered in 2007. She has continued her education by studying to receive expanded duties certifications in sealant application and nitrous oxide monitoring. In 2013, Anca attended special training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, over a three-month period, to earn her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant license. This license allows her to place fillings. Anca has worked as an expanded functions assistant (EFDA) in our office and continues to do so as needed.
Anca, her husband, and two daughters live in Cookeville and attend The River Church.
